Amazon requires that each and every customer message be responded to within 24hr. Failing to do so may result in your account suspension.

negative feedback removal
Nobody likes receiving negative feedback. Negative feedback can impact your sales, profits, and even ability to get the Buy Box. We use our own unique proprietary notification system to be notified of new negative feedback. As soon as we learn about it, we will promptly open a case with Amazon and try to remove it ASAP. We will do our best to keep your Amazon feedback rating at the highest level.
Fixing Suppressed listings
These days, a listing can get suppressed for any number of various reasons, but the most common reason is missing product information. Amazon’s algorithm will suppress listings with “inaccurate” titles, incorrect brand names, and/or missing attributes such as color, size, and color map etc. Our VAs are trained to deal with the most complex cases to get the listings “unsuppressed” and back in search results.
Remove Unfulfillable Inventory
Unfulfillable inventory is inventory that has become unusable, expired, or cannot be sold for any other reason. When this happens, Amazon marks a product as unfulfillable and you have (usually) 30 days to return or destroy the inventory before Amazon does whatever they please with it. We can stay on top of this for you and recall all unfulfillable inventory back to your house or warehouse to avoid unnecessary loss and destruction of your inventory.

Fixing stranded listings
Stranded inventory is just it – it’s stranded and not available for sale. It sits in Amazon’s warehouses and incurs storage fees until you get an issue resolved. It also negatively impacts your IPI score which may impact your ability to ship inventory to Amazon FBA warehouses.
Stranded inventory takes up Amazon shelf space with no chance of selling soon because the listing or your inventory for that listing has issues.
We are experienced in dealing with all possible reasons for stranded inventory. Our VAs will help to fix your inventory and/or listing issues to get it back and selling again.
